A Powerful and Supportive Process for Enhancing Relationships

Research has clearly shown that conflict can derail leaders who can't deal with it effectively. We offer a multi-faceted process to enlighten, instruct and dramatically enhance interpersonal relationships in the workplace. Conflict resolution can be explored on a consultation basis or as a multi-day training event.

Our two and four-day training events are fast-paced and lively yet comfortable. Our facilitators feature the "UP-IN" process (Understanding, Planning, Interaction and Negotiation) developed by Montgomery, Copley and Associates through 20-plus years of experience.

In each custom-formatted program, we utilize a variety of techniques and strategies -- all designed to strengthen a manager's conflict resolution skills.
